Main Responsibilities: To deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone and email). Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service. Accountable for meeting individual and team goals (KPIs). Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Managers.

My principal responsibilities were:  Managing a Portfolio of 52 UK clients (Domestic & global export supplier and personnel provider) – Ledger Management, Collection & Dispute handling.  Knowledge of integrated account and internet banking services.  Support Invoice Finance Managers in delivering efficient and quality service to customers.  Understand customer needs and recommend solutions for general or transaction specific Receivables Finance inquiries.

I was responsible for providing and delivering exceptional customer service to German Merchants in accordance with a new and immature project whilst analyzing and suggesting new ways to improve processes. With focus to find a solution, I communicated with American Express merchants, client manager and other departments to avoid merchant accounts being suspended and keep all merchant account data up-to-date.
