I'm working as a Service Delivery Manager for our biggest client in Switzerland, overseeing more than 100 EPAMers in cca. 10 projects. I'm also working as a BA/PM pipeline manager for years, filling so far more than 100 positions, conducting over 500 technical interviews. I also act as a people manager, leading 110 EPAMers in the Swiss BA/PM department.

I was working as a BA on multiple projects: functional architect for Taleo, Technical Product Manager for Hotels.com, onsite analyst and team lead for UBS.

I worked as a business analyst on an international project. The global SAP migration and integration was done from country to country. My responsibility was to handle each country’s individual project from the starting with the requirement elicitation, documentation, management; continuing with supporting the development and testing; until the deployment and the stabilization.

I worked as a process analyst in a multi-located 2nd level support team. I was responsible for investigations, incident management, resolving or escalating the issues related to an order management system in the logistics area. I also participated in multiple projects as a consultant.
