• Participate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects, including information gathering, analysis, design, implementation. • Add value to customer projects by using the know-how about Divalto solutions and implementations. • Provide customers with integration and industry expertise as well as “best practice” recommendations. • Design and configure efficient client business solutions. • Develop and execute test plans. • Provide training to client’s key and end users.

• Manage the QRQC problem solving tool implementation project in production workshops • Facilitate and promote problem solving tools: QRQC, Plan Do Check Act (PDCA), Root cause analysis, 8D Pilot weekly and monthly meetings for in-progress projects follow up Serve as primary point contact for customers’ quality needs. • Monitoring of KPIs (quality, time, cost and productivity) • Realization of principal procedures FAI / DVI / PPAP / FMEA
