I was in charge of welcoming, helping and guiding the passengers. I also helped them check In on the Self Check-In counters in the airport.Moreover I brought unaccompanied minors to the plane.

I was in charge of marketing, communication but also of administrative tasks , I created a lot of visual and written content. I was also in charge of the community management of the company's websites and social media pages, not to forget the Google referencing. Moreover I helped to create the new visual identity of the company, I designed new business cards and developped templates for letters, mails and meeting minutes. I also learned to use the CRM Salesforce and to work with it.

I was in Charge of the commercial development of ISEG Marketing & Communciation School, my mission was to find future students. I attended various student fairs through the eastern part of France and held a few open house through the whole 6 months.

I was in charge of translating the front office from the Jean-Vier website. I translated from french to german.

I was in charge of the translation from french to german of the back office of the Jean-Vier website I learned to use Prestashop. My other mission was to do a benchmark about German, Swiss and Austrian competitors and brands of the Jean-Vier Tableware brand.

I was in charge of prospection and phoning in 6 different languages through Europe. I also attended, held and helped to organize the presence of BCE at the IBC in Amsterdam. I created visuals like invitations and emails that were used for prospection. I also updated the BCE database and created a new one for the African continent.
