Project management for early stages of new product industrialisation / rollout of existing products

• building and managing the 3 years Investment Plan and the yearly Capex budget for the 15 plants, working together with (and in support to) Plant Managers and all central functions, identifying priorities, procedures, KPIs and monitoring the progress against operational and financial targets.

• Project leader for the implementation of the Ferrero standard benchmarking methodology

In charge of a multitechnology plant with 300 people, 50KTons and a P&L around 20 mio€

Negotiation of the total portfolio of raw, packaging materials and finished goods from copackers for Italy Business Unit (approx 2K items for a turnover of 200 mio€) Switch of the same portfolio from local to European / global purchasing team over a period of 3 years Planning of finished products from Unilever plants and copackers for the Italian market (+/-1.000 SKU) • “First point of contact” between European purchasing team and Italian copackers

• Logistic optimisation after negotiation (for raw and packing materials and finished products) • Finished goods planning from internal plants and copackers • Managing the day by day operations and also the transition to the new portfolio, procedures, organisation, IT tools after the acquisition of Bestfoods from Unilever.

• In charge of production (costs, quality, safety, production plan conformance), for the main section (DRY) of the plant, with a team of around 120 people 5 shifts/ 5 to 7 days per week.
