Taking care of all configuration activities in 2G, 3G and 4G networks. Experienced in configuration on Ericsson GSM equipment:BSC, EVO 8100 and RBS 2000 and RBS 6000, configuration of A-bis interface, migration ATM to IP of Gb interface Experienced in configuration on Ericsson WCDMA equipment: RNC’s and RBS’s, configuration of IUB-interfaces (ATM and IP), migration from ATM to IP of IUR-interface and IU-CS interfaces. Full 2G & 3G site integrations Support to Field- and NOC-engineers.

Detecting and solving technical issues encountered by customers. Monitoring alarms which appeared in the IP/ SDH/ PDH and voice network, identifying the problems and tracking the resolution in a centralized ticket-szstem. Close supervision of the functionality of the network within normal parameters. Juniper and Cisco equipments configuration (interfaces, routers, firewalls, services, NAT). Minimal configuration using Windows & Linux commands. Processing periodic internal reports.

As intern, I had the first overview about Radio Access Network equipments and 2G/3G networks. Analysing and and comparing different equipments and platforms. Checking the RNCs/BSCs from the datacenter
