Running the marketing department for a team of marketing focused consultancy gurus, headhunting masterminds, and technical recruitment pros. Most of our work falls into the technical based sectors and B2B markets, such as engineering and manufacturing. The FMC & Sons brand is market leader for providing consultancy services to the funeral industry, and the unique characteristics of this sector mean I've developed some pretty rare industry knowledge of marketing.

Fresh out of university, naive and eager to progress I assisted the MD on internal improvement projects starting with CRM through to control processes. In addition to taking charge of the marketing, and supporting the project manager with pesky time sheets and admin on public sector projects. Most notably a graduate recruitment service (now fully commercialised) to address the East Midlands graduate brain drain.
