Acquired excellent organizational and administration skills over the years (summer job). Responsible for handling switchboard calls, handling all incoming post, monitoring stocks and replenishing as required, assisting other staff with secretarial work.

Participated in a telephone survey on dental health, sponsored by the European Commission. Recruited more than 50 respondents (UK residents) and conducted telephone interviews.

Tour Operator representative agency. Elaborated a detailed comparative analysis of the various adventure camping tours offered by the competition, destined to the head of the “African Eagle” Namibian office. Updated the client database. Carried out market research on fair trade products destined to potential new clients. Created new e-mail brochures.

Incoming Tour Operator. Observation. Translations of brochures from French to English.

English and German. I spent my 3rd Year abroad, thanks to the Erasmus exchange programme: University of Nottingham, School of Modern Languages and Cultures and Business School. Graduated with honours.

Bilingual section (French and English). Obtained the Baccalauréat ES (A levels specialising in Economics and Sociology), with distinction, in June 2004.
