As an executive search practice, we enable our clients to secure various hard-to-find candidates; from specialist IT consultants to board-level executives. I am responsible for managing the end-to-end executive search project - including researching, identifying, contacting, shortlisting and introducing candidates. This involves drafting high quality and tailored search strategies/proposals, job specifications, candidate reports and progress reports.
