Recruiting the best IT specialists in the market for different clients in the IT&C field, but not limited to it. My specialty is direct search for suitable candidates, making face to face or phone interviews, evaluating their profile according to client's needs, presenting them to the client and keeping a close communication with both parties throughout the whole recruitment process.

I am responsible with sourcing candidates for the open positions inside the company (CV screening and selection, matching), phone interview, scheduling face to face interviews. Always keeping track of changes in the market, being active on social networks, I make sure the hiring managers have the best candidates in the shortest time. Maintaining a good level of communication with candidates, keeping them in the loop with new opportunities that match their experience.

(The company closed the Bucharest office) I worked closely with Indian companies that have contacts on the European market and provide them with consultants for IT projects. I also was responsible for other recruitment processes, for multinational IT companies, local office, positions like: Account Manager, Call Center Operator, Telecommunication Engineer, General Manager.
