Seit Dezember 2009 bin ich als selbständige Beraterin für Rekrutierungsprojekte tätig und unterstütze Unternehmen und Headhunting-Firmen. Ich bin 2016 nach Deutschland gezogen und setze meine Tätigkeit für Projekte sowohl in Italien als auch in Deutschland fort.

I am in charge of evaluating high performing candidates in different areas, helping the HR team and Business Partners as well as Line and Staff Managers in shoring up their business with new employees. It's a stimulating opportunity for me, old head hunter, to bring into such a famous and brilliant company my knowledge and experience in what concerns recruiting processess.

For the European FCA's Customer Service Centre I am responsible for recruiting german and english native speaking collegues. Acting as "external consultant" my work consists in two/three days a week to help this important customer service centre guarantee a high level in response to customers spread all over Europe. My area concentrates on Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, UK and other minor markets, as well as the international region.
