Employed by Korn Ferry and working on behalf of P&G to source, screen and present candidates for all experienced hiring across Germany and UK markets. I spent 8 weeks on the Korn Ferry Talent Academy programme and received a high level of training for both RPO and Professional Search functions. During this time I shadowed a number of different RPO accounts along with processes for across the Professional Search space.
