As a Senior Test Manager I was responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality software testing activities across multiple projects and teams. I have deep expertise in quality assurance, test strategy, and team leadership to ensure software solutions meet business and technical requirements.

* Manage distributed testing teams, manual and automation, including their testing activities * Responsible for recruiting and developing testers * Responsible for creating and implementing test strategies and procedures for multiple projects * Managed and guided teams to create automation frameworks for testing web applications and web services * Manual testing activities (design, plan, execute, analyse results, report status, create documentation specific to context)

Types of testing: Black-Box, Functional, System, End-to-end testing, Regression, Acceptance, Usability, Compatibility. Testing activities: create/update/execute test cases, raise/verify bugs/tasks, analyze results. Tools for bug tracking and test case management: Jira, TestLink. Tools used in testing: Debugging tools for Windows, Application Verifier, Process Explorer, Process monitor, Wireshark.

Managing different types of tests for all projects (tests: black box, functional, integration, regression, smoke, system). Schedule testing tasks for every project. Design and execute tests. Document and monitor status of testing. Analyze and evaluate results. Testing management tools: TestTrack Studio, Jira, TestLink Types of products: applications for specific domains, document management solutions, web applications.

Reproduce and verify bugs/improvements, create test cases/plans/designs, find/create issues (bugs) for failures and ensure adequate test coverage, execute manual/performance/exploratory/smoke tests and provide input back to the team regarding the status, have an innovative approach to my work that has result in improvements to the product, pay attention to details.
