My work at Pepperminds contained selling charities to people on the streets. As a captain I trained other, starting, colleagues. I trained them in order to increase their sales.

- Managing the intern and extern communication for the product line-up and marketing information; - Working with licensees, Business Partners and retailers - Analysing the brand, competitors and the available productrange; - Analysing consumer needs; - Making reports about the available product every quarter of a year; - Support marketingcampagnes, promotions and trade marketing activities; - Analyse the retail promotions of the Disney franchises, Disney releases and competitors by store checks.;
