- I created a register of members for the association - I elaborated and analysed questionnaires to assess members' commitment and motivation - I reshuffled the shop time schedule by providing new rosters to the members - Organized and schedule meetings for different divisions of the association (SCM department, accountability department, Marketing department + general meetings) - I was in charge of serving customers, product display, selling and promoting the brand

I promoted European Projects throughout the region thanks to activities organized with the collaboration of the Town Council. My main responsibilities were: -Making a presentation about European Citizenship in primary schools -Organizing the "European Day" celebrations and activities in the city of Montpellier -Planning and participating in forums and fairs throughout the region to promote the organisation -Inform students of different mobility programs within European countries
