My research focuses on workplace learning and judgement & decision-making within the audit domain. I am interested in how profesionnals learn individually from their experiencies in their day-to-day work, especially when it comes to critical incidents. Additionally, it is aimed to examine what factors enable individual professionals to learn from those experiences.
