My activities include: freelancer profile searches on professional networks, according to the requirements of the customers, creating candidate presentations based on the information from the profiles, interviewing candidates, managing the relationship with the candidates in a professional manner, translations.

My responsibilities included offering support to the employees of Deutsche Telekom in 3 major HR-related areas: travel expenses, time management and compensation and benefits. What is more, I also supported the recruitment process by evaluating the German skills of the candidates.

My activities include: - assessing the language skills of external and internal candidates; - designing customized language tests for the open positions within the company; - translating various internal documents from and into English, German and/or Romanian; - trainings (English and German) for internal colleagues, customized according to the needs identified by the direct superior.

Activities related to the human resources department of a multinational company, involving: - recruitment (for positions such as operators, shift leaders, trainers, assistant manager, maintenance/service/quality technicians, project managers, engineers), - personnel administration: drawing up the documents until the termination of the employment contract, reporting the employee changes in a timely manner, issuing certificates, drawing up the time sheets and the bonus lists for payroll processing.
