Main part of my master thesis was the flowability study of powder materials. The matter of interest was the connection between powder characteristics and the quality of the resultant product.

My function during the internship based on the exertion of mechanical calculations for join conncetions and subsequent experimental analysis. The concluding task contained the mechanical design of a manufacturing fixture. Furthermore i joined attempts for an inductive heat treatment of metal parts.

The main responsibility included the developement of a trend and technology radar. Whereat the focus was located on the production technology "additive manufacturing" in general. The generated benefit was represented within a customized overview of both the potential material specifications and the existing production techniques of additive manufacturing.

The key of the dual system is the connection of theory and experience. I was able to support colleagues as well as to realize my owm projects in the departments of manufacturing engineering and logistics. To get to know the whole process chain from the constructive part till the production line of a component taught me the importance of lean and transparent processes.

The further developement of knowledge in various disciplines was the aim for my master studies. By attending courses in energy and production management as well as economy classes i grew a wide field of know-how in theoretical efficiency aspects.

During my bachelor studies with its main focus on automotive engineering i amplified my interests and knowledge about two aspects: vehicles and efficiency. By evolving technical features and offering a use case a rise of comfort in every situation is the best possible achievement.
