-Manage financial and administrative teams through 4 countries (France, Spain, Italy and Belgium) -Responsible for reconciliation of statutory with management accounts in both local and US GAAP -Consolidate and analyze results on a monthly basis for all legal entities -Prepare and present budgets to US board of directors including Working Capital and Capital Expenses -Coordinate Intercompany transactions and reconciliation -Manage year-end audit trail & statutory accounts

o Manage a team of 8 people: - 5 Accountants (General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Bank and Fix Assets) - 2 Credit Collection/Control specialists for Belgium and 1 Controller o Prepare monthly reporting packages including P&L, balance sheet and key performance indicators o Report under US GAAP and local chart of accounts o Manage year-end audit trail & statutory accounts o Reconciliation of the intercompany transactions
