Provide Organization Development: design and execute company-wide programs that address issues such as talent management, team and leadership development, retention, organization design, performance management and change management. Perform diverse assignments covering a broad area of HR functions (staffing, training, employee/labor relations, communication, compensation management, etc).

Responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition strategy for multiple locations in Romania Partner with the Line of Business Heads to ensure seamless operational delivery with excellence; Determine specific project TA requirements along with the business team; Strategize various channels of hiring with an ability to manage costs strictly under control; Develop appropriate sourcing, testing and recruitment methodology and lead the selection process for external hiring;

Design, plan, implement and assess yearly training plan and budget (5 branches, 1000 employees) Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, training suppliers Apply regulations regarding training (Romanian legislation and Veolia Environnement agreements) Management of all training actions inside Dalkia/ VE network Design, delivery and assessment of internal trainings, on topics requested by management

Project manager for permanent/temporary work projects. Responsible for international mobility projects.
