As a part of Software developer role, I done the production support for AR and Billing Application of Ensemble product for AT&T. My responsibility under this role -  Handling outage.  Monitoring outstanding issues and ensuring the quality & timeliness of the deliverable.  Working with onsite client to track status & issues.  Conducting reviews of codes & test cases and analyzing change requests / enhancements.  Completing product development as per requirements, schedules & activities.
