Coordinating strategic projects for Sensiblu. The most important projects that I managed were the creation of the new look of Sensiblu's pharmacies in terms of ambiance, merchandising, portfolio, staff skills, aiming to bring added value to the company by increasing cash contribution, customer loyalty I also coordinated 4 departments: Trade Marketing Department, Corporate Relationship Department , Medical Representatives Team, L’Occitane channel marketing

Managing over 130 people,in order to increase cash income over the prescriptions and create a new image for the top 20 Sensiblu pharmacies located in Bucharest and in major cities in Romania. Improving cosmetics portofolio and supporting the buying team in order to contract new exclusive brands for Sensiblu - Setting up and launching the L’Occitane business in Romania, developing and coordinating the “L’Occitane” retail network - Coordinating the overall activity of the allocated pharmacies

- Coordinating the overall activity of the allocated pharmacies - Developing action plans to improve the performances of the allocated area

- Running, controlling & developing the Press Shops network activity - Setting and implementing the commercial network policy - Negotiating with all the suppliers for the non – press products - Coordinating and managing a team of 14 sales agents

- Managing and controlling the department activities - Negotiating purchasing contracts with all MTG Romanian suppliers - Developing the purchasing plan for each construction site
