Drive city development and growth in key role as advisor on high-profile municipal programs and initiatives – assist in all stages of projects, from planning and administration through to implementation. Delivered 1:1 advisement to group of 50+ global executive clients – CEOs, Presidents, COOs, EVPs – providing guidance and support to advance their career development and opportunities. Coached leaders in key areas, from marketing and strategy to all aspects of business management.

Piloted all golf-related functions, as well as retail operations, special events, and hotel management, with full P&L and budget ($2.5M) responsibility. Oversaw merchandising and marketing, purchasing, and service for membership that included professional athletes and entertainers.

Directed 50 employees in delivery of services to Y2K, Automotive, and Lean Manufacturing client group, overseeing a $10M sales and $20M revenue portfolios. Directed project management office, as well as resource planning/management, risk management, and 3rd-party compliance tracking. Additionally, handled business process improvement efforts and conversion/remediation strategies.

 Selected as one of 5 team members charged with building a multi million-dollar practice, in advance of the Y2K rush of compliance audits and remediation. Created & developed highly effective assessment and conversion methodologies:  Directed project for Deutsche Bank: As PMO Executive for assessment team, assembled 50+ staff members in New York, London, Germany, Brazil and Argentina. Under extreme budget/deadline constraints, led team providing 7 volumes of documentation on time and under budget.

Assumed responsibilities for the completion of a major Y2K conversion, managing the remediation/certification of several million lines of code. Worked with the current team and achieved the first compliant application in 30 days. Hired and managed an additional team of four, leading to the first successful Y2K conversion by a consulting firm in the nation.

MRP Champion and PMO Executive: Directed the implementation of MRP applications to balance organizational supply with demand, production, distribution, purchasing activities, customer service, inventory requirements, and operating efficiency. Managed the Re-Engineering of three manufacturing facilities and corporate chart of accounts for the implementation of the full suite of SAP applications.
