Proposal Manager for various multiple awards, IDIQ solution-based contracts that provided services by means of task orders with specifically defined scopes, deliverable products, and schedules.

Lead Systems Engineer for the development of security (surveillance, access control and asset management) and telecommunications projects targeted for Government and large commercial compounds. Provided technical leadership, complex systems engineering, and consulting services for Middle East enterprises and Saudi government agencies. Developed business proposals in response to Saudi government RFP requests.

Technical Director for the design and development of two large multi-site perimeter security projects for a Saudi government VIP customer. Developed conceptual, architectural and high-level design documents for integrated electronic surveillance. Interviewed and selected SMEs for security projects. Performed onsite compound security threat and vulnerability assessment that drove the technical requirements for integrated Command and Control centers .

Business Development Advisor for the e-Services business unit of Omantel that provided digital telecommunication products and services within the country. Established a department within an international, start-up organization by developing a three-year strategic business plan after identifying departmental goals and needs, building and fostering public and private partnerships and alliances.

Advisor to the Information Technology (IT) department within Saudi Telecom corporate headquarters in Riyadh. Served as the primary liaison for consultants to facilitate better strategic planning, performance reporting, risk management, business development, and capital allocation.

Systems/Software engineering consultant to SUMA Technologies. Designed and developed a time synchronization server application, a scheduling server application, and a SNMP extension agent for a UMA-based performance monitoring product.

Consulting System/Software Engineer to Micro Electronics in Silicon Valley. Designed and developed messaging software which delivers data packets and events for Micron's ClusterData product. The software provides function calls for point-to-point, multicast and broadcast transmission to both local and remote NetWare servers executing the software. The software uses UDP/IP protocol.

Consulting System/Software Engineer for Ricoh copiers. Designed and developed client and server portions of the Ricoh Workgroup Software. The software allows TWAIN-enabled scanner and copier products to act as network devices when executing on a Windows-95 workstation. Provided Ricoh with functional specification, product architecture document, system design specification and a detailed design specification for product.

Software Engineer responsible for the development of Network Management software for control and management of Novell servers and mixed client stations operating under Microsoft, Apple and UNIX operating systems. Led a team developing a server-based network management product.

Lead design engineer for a network management product which monitors and controls a network of NEC T1 multiplexers. Received supervisory responsibility for system software development; covering system resources, data communications, graphic development and data base management subsystems. The product executed on SUN workstations.

Lead design engineer for Infotron's Integrated Network Management product which monitors and controls a hybrid data communications network of data switches, statistical multiplexers and T1-multiplexers. Personally responsible for the selection of all OEM system hardware and software components. Wrote system architecture and functional specifications. Implemented user-interface and data base management software components.
