Provided copywriting support to this Western Australian-based pension fund with web content creation, auditing and editing operational letters, creation of style guidelines, writing insurance guide for members, general investment communications, Chairman's letters and annual report content, award submissions and sensitive merger communications.

- Delivering marketing strategy & execution, and communications & copywriting services for clients including ANZ Bank, Ernst & Young, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Western Australian State Government and American Business Group (Riyadh). - Researching and writing a 75,000-word business publication ‘Strategic Internal Communications: Boosting corporate culture, productivity & profitability’, published in 2012 by The Ark Group (Australia).

To support this government pension fund, I created investment communications content, developed investment option factsheets with an automated production process, wrote insurance guides and product information booklets, and simplified member communications. I was retained as a remote content contributor and produced the Quarterly Investment Update until 2015.
