- Develop and follow-up of annual budgets and monthly cash flow forecast. - Own the day-to-day Finance. - Responsible for the financial reporting and operational metrics combined with ad hoc financial analysis presenting comprehensive key performance indicators. - Preparation of FS under Spanish Gaap, IFRS and German Gaap. - Lead relations with external auditors, tax auditors, debtors, providers, operational department and other stakeholders. - Coordinate the compliance assurance initiatives.

- Analytical review of FS, including analysis of financial forecast, balance sheet and P&L, Business Plan, KPIs and financial ratios. - Risk assessment and control environment understanding in order to determine an appropriate audit strategy. - Identification, development and documentation of audit issues and recommendations for internal control improvement. - Leading audit assignments of joint ventures costs, local statutory and consolidated FS in accordance with IFRS and Spanish GAAP.

- Develop and execution of internal audit projects; business processes identification, risk assessment, review of internal controls, including SOX controls. - Preparation of recommendations reports for internal control improvements and findings and audit report to Audit Committee and members of senior management. - AUP report for bonds issuance´s comfort letter. - Leading audit assignments of consolidated financial statements and local statutory in accordance with IFRS and German GAAP (HGB).

- Planned, managed and performed thorough reviews of financial statement audits in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP and Brazilian Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (BR GAAP) for several clients. - Designed and integrated substantive audit procedures and supported the audit planning phase while also coordinating and completing complex fieldwork with the audit team.

- Account statements analysis and reconciliation. - Foreign trade payables and receivables management. - Participation of the internal quality audit team and Quality Committee.

- Audit report and follow-up of corrective actions. - Quality System audit, including process review and 8 S audit in all subsidiaries, including audit report and corrective actions follow-up. - Projects development and monitor, as of irregularities report, supplier assessment and customer satisfaction. - Drawings, assembly and maintenance of processes, intranet and organization charts.
