Assisted the Ministry in adhering to the World Bank’s conditionality requirements for their next Structural Assistance tranche payment to the Government. To facilitate the strategic sale of seven state owned enterprises he designed a highly regarded ‘pipeline privatization process’.

Managed the largest of four offices that delivered consulting products (i.e. corporate restructuring, business plans, financial plans, market plans, quality plans, accounting plans, and action plans) to 175 SME clients, or 34% of the total project portfolio representing $60M of loan disbursals from the USAID-funded Business Development Program (BDP).
