Head of the back office desk consisting of 6 members. Responsible for allocating, checking, recapping and reconciling volumes of ICE traded products. Prioritising any errors that ay arise and effectively resolving them under pressure. Provision of training and induction of new staff, Implementation of new systems and processes along with compiling shift rotas.

Member of the LME matching team responsible for clearing and matching based between the trading floor and office. Reconciling and informing all parties of House/Client positions for next 2 days from GMI to Exchange. Entering all trading activity via client recaps, trading desk tickets, trading floor blotters, client queries from Client Services Agents (London, New York and Chicago) and trade files from New York. Maintaining and reporting traders positions and P&L accounts

Member of the floor based Clearing team. Responsible of imputing, updating and clearing trades on a busy open outcry commodities market. Managed P&L accounts using Microsoft Excel along with client allocations, recapping and analyzing daily business.
