Achievements: Led staff development to introduce Danielson model and work as an entire district to identify what good instruction looks like and brought district to common understanding of what good instruction looks like in the classroom. This was in preparation to be chosen as a pilot program for the implementation of the Wisconsin state Effective Educator. River Ridge is participating in the pilot program.
