I am responsible for implementing and executing effective recruitment strategies for Start Ups, SMEs and Large Corporations within the following markets in Germany on a Freelance basis: Digital Health E-Health M-Health Medical Technology (Medical Devices) Bio-Technology I am speaking with key personnel in the market on a day to day basis, looking to build a long term network and provide an insightful, quality driven experience for both clients and candidates alike.

I was given the opportunity to assist our Business Development Manager in building up the new ‘Allied Health Professionals’ desk. I found this role to be very challenging and motivating, giving me an opportunity to further understand what it is like to start a new desk.
