Produced Models as part of Commercial MI team. Developed and wrote models for Debtor Days, Cost-to-Serve, Gross Margin and Customer Numbers. All work in Oracle SQL or VBA.

Production of MI reports for areas of Credit Checking.

Production of MI reports using Informatica PowerCenter. Responsible for production of Technical Design documentation for end-to-end processing.

Lead Technical team involved in merger of Telewest and ntl databases. My team was responsible for Data Integrity, Billing and Mediation Reconciliation. I wrote all reconciliation tools used in project.

Repsonsible for day to day running of IT team. Areas covered were ERP systems, EDI, PC Support, Web site. Anything to do with smooth on Company form an IT perspective.

Provided Technical Support (SME) on Companies software and it's partners software. Most work with ERP package, PRMS. But in addition any EDI or bespoke software solutions for Warehousing or Manufacturing companies.

Responsible for design, development and implementation of Rights and Royalty system on IBM AS400 (iSeries). Ran project from end-to-end producing all Functional and Technical specifications. Wrote major programs and programming standards. Managed Stakeholders. Produced IT guides. Ran user acceptance testing and provided post-implementation support.
