Over the years held a number of positions. I began my IBM career in Field Engineering Div. worked on the 3168 era of computers doing engineering changes, problem determination/ repair. IT operations manager for CCDN, responsibile for four major application systems, system security. Provisioning circuit manager. Worked in Network Implementation and Planning, responsibile for meeting availablity standards, site maintainace, and ensure sites met ISO requirements at IBM network remote sites.
