My basic responsibility is based on a planning tactical activity e.g. short term marketing sales and ads. I’m taking care about this discipline from project management point of view. Also I’m taking care about development of a web application to collect the data from people in field. My main responsibility is to take create business analysis which matches the business needs, project management - to keep an eye on timeline and budget.

I do create websites for my clients mostly in politics marketing or for some property owners. I have my portfolio, but for certain reason I can share it public. On request, I can send you what I did / am doing.

In bioplace.cz I’m doing practically everything which is needed. I had an idea, I created a project which is still functional and growing. I tried to hire several it agencies in Prague but unfortunately no one was able to catch what I want so I started to learn and did it as I wanted. Lesson learned. Now the company is stable, and I want to move on in my carrier. This e-commerce project was a big big learning in terms of IT (web design, UX, processes..) and digital marketing (PPC, graphics, socials…)
