- administrative and air law in the area of commercial air transport, air crew licensing, general aviation, aerial works in the administrative and infringement proceedings - Legal Management of Czech Aircraft Register; - Claim Management (according to EU-Regulation Nr. 261/2004 – passenger complains about a delayed or cancelled flight)

The Division is involved in overseeing the state administration of airports, air navigation services and airspace. - Administrative procedures and infringement proceedings concerning the authorization of operating airports, determination of airport safety zones and air construction law - Legal services (compliance with EU law) in the fields of air navigation services and systems, cooperation with international organizations (EASA ,Eurocontrol)

The Department, within its authority, prepares legal concepts and supports active measures in the event of traffic crises. My responsibilities included: - Legal topics in the field of critical infrastructure and civil protection, - National implementation of international agreements, the adoption of EU law directions - - Represented the Czech Republic in the Risk Management Technical Committee of the World Road Association PIARC
