Managed the Security Control Room and Regional Operations Center in Frankfurt. Responsible for implementing and maintaining the building security systems, management of corporate security compliance requirements, and the protection of the Deutsche Bank executives, personnel and assets. My area of operation is Germany with more than 40,000 employees and contractors.

Responsible for maintaining building security access systems, security guard force, management of corporate security compliance requirements, and executive facilitation in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria (GSA). Responsible for investigating incidents reported to the Office of Global Security. Accountable for maintaining access control, CCTV and other physical security systems for the local offices within GSA to ensure the safety and security of personal, clients and assets of the company.

Operations Center Mgr., Protective Service Detachments/Agent Credential Custodian, Tasking Mgr., Conference/Training Mgr. Deployment of special agents/support personnel to contingencies worldwide incl. travel/visa arrangements. Responsible for staff oversight of the investigative operations/protective service missions. Prepares training guidance, identifies training requirements and allocates training resources. Obtains and allocates quotas for schools. Develops/implements changes in personnel structure.

Als Verwalter der Abteilung für Sicherheitsdienste, verantwortlich für die Verwaltung der Daten der Sicherheitskräfte, deren Verifizierung & Weitergabe; Sicherheitszertifizierungen auf Anfrage untergeordneter Abteilungen;

Leitung des örtlichen Einsatz-Centers, Management des Kommunikationssystems, Trainings; Überwacht die Ausführung von Notfall-Einsätzen, weist ausführenden Führungskräften Vorgänge/Verantwortung zu - hält Verantwortung für ein breites Spektrum komplexer, zeit-sensibler Vorgänge; Entwicklung von Einsatzplänen, Erteilung von Aufgaben & Einsätzen, Überwachung deren Ausführung, Eingriff in den Kommandobereich um das Verständnis um die Einhaltung von Regeln & Vorschriften in dieser & anderer Einsatzzentralen zu.

Conducted SAAB briefings on Training, Operations and Product Functionality. Planned, organized, and executed all exercises involving the use of SAAB equipment, which at times included up to 5,000 soldiers representing the U.S.A. as well as other NATO countries. Tested and validated the equipment software and recommended changes to fulfill and enhance the training requirements of the military.
