Managed consolidated reporting for three units (Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia), integrating Armenia into corporate reporting. Oversaw financial planning and analysis, coordinating budget timelines, collecting actual results, and ensuring timely submission. Responsible for monthly reporting of actual results, business plans, and rolling estimates to headquarters. Collaborated with the financial controller and CFO.

Reporting the HR performance data of the Eurasian business unit (seven operational companies).
