Responsible for creating a national training program to bring computer technicians to the MCSE level. Additional responsibilities included facilities management, safety and security for the western region of CRS and the integration of the company when it merged with Electro-Rent Corp in 1999

Co-developed and managed manufacturing operator training & certification program, training and certifying over 20,000 manufacturing operators worldwide. Other responsibilities included administration of support training programs (ie; computer apps, eh&s, tuition reimbursement). as well as departmental systems and software support.

Responsible for line support on a variety of laser products. Specialized products included SP 262, 265 and 270 power supplies.
