Represents the company’s interests in its relations with third parties, authorities and public institutions (Register of Commerce, Attorneys, Public Notary a.s.o.); Preparing and/or checking all the designated documents (commercial contracts, decisions, constitutive acts); Real estate projects including, checking all documents and documentations regarding the plots of land and buildings, drafting and negotiating the the sell-purchase contracts and lease agreements and drafting construction contracts.

Developing all the designated activities of the company in relation with the Trade Register, C.S.A., public notaries, fiscal administrations, a.s.o.; Preparing and/or checking all the designated documents (contracts, decisions, correspondence, constitutive acts, claim files' resolutions, a.s.o); Permanently checking the legislation, in order to quickly inform the management about the latest changes affecting the company; Checking the frame documents of the company.
