Leonardo Frangelli

OptimalWorkshop has been my first experience abroad. I've moved to New Zealand with my family to live and work. Here I am part of a great team developing new features for OptimalWorkshop UX Tools Suite. I'm working with Ruby on Rails, JavaScript and CoffeeScript in a really big codebase and I'm having the opportunity to learn a lot working with a well-defined product, dealing with a really well-implemented workflow and deployment strategy.

As a Software Developer, I've worked on many projects as a front-end and full-stack developer using technologies like Ruby on Rails, React, AngularJS, Bower, Grunt, PHP and others. YEPDEV was my own company and I worked on projects for different startups and big companies in Brazil.

As a Web Developer I worked with a very talented team and international clients on awesome projects. I had the first opportunity to work with Python using the Django framework with React + Redux in the frontend side on a Project that is a Game Streamer Search Database. I've started the project by my self and worked on it during my time working at Cheesecake.

As a Technical Leader and Software Developer, I've worked on many projects with front-end and back-end and also heading some web and mobile projects. To accomplish my work, I'm dealing with some different technologies depending on project and help my colleagues to accomplish their work.

As a Software Engineer, I worked with the creation of Contentools's new Web Platform, helping with the choice of architecture and with the front-end development. I worked with a very talented and smart team. Again a great oportunity to learn a lot about programming and entrepreneurship.

I was the responsible for the whole IT systems in the office. In this opportunity, I worked developing tools to automate the office’s process. My job was to increase the team productivity. To reach my goal I’ve created Intranet apps, web-crawlers to automate process and web systems for lawyers.

I was the first developer / analyst of this company. Started the development of the main product of the company and has the opportunity to manage the team that was growing up every day.

As a Software Developer, i worked mainly on front-end with technologies like OpenLaszlo, ExtJS and PHP, developing web systems and mobile WAP portals.
