-Pitching products and/or services -Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers -Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets -Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing -Contacting potential clients via phone to establish rapport and set up meetings -Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives -Attending conferences and meetings

-Initial point of contact for phone inquiries and visitors of AICT -Responsible for general administration including responding to phone inquiries, typing, filing, mail distribution, data entry and record-keeping -Planning and organizing Student Services events like Graduation Photo Session -Assisting Management with any upcoming duties

- Ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction in four different languages (German, English, Spanish, French) - Handling client requests such as product information, catalogue shipment, requests for service, complaint handling and sales inquiries - Recognizing and generating potential sales opportunities

-Responsible for organising the HR activities of Airbus Group during Le Bourget 2015 including logistics, communication, budget monitoring, candidate management and event planning -Improved my french language skills -Obtained knowledge in aviation industry
