With my team i'm responsible for the recruitment efforts in Tesla's Gigafactory in Berlin.

With my team i'm responsible for Ericsson's recruitment in DACH and Netherlands and all mediterranean countries with a coastline. I'm the first point of escalation for issues, and I'm a strong sparring partner for the hiring teams. I'm interested in Diversity and Inclusion and how to bring more of these hires into an organisation that needs them. I'm a builder of great teams and cooperations.

I’m in charge of relationship management with internal clients while driving the recruitment process forward. We work with an RPO model, so I have a team sourcing and screening for my roles, while I am the face to the internal client. This takes me away from the sourcing activities, and in this way I can concentrate on the relationship management and strategic advising with internal teams and the teams in the RPO. I'm leading recruitment projects and I am leading the teams on a project/functional basis.

I was responsible for the talent acquisition of mostly customer service colleagues from all over Europe.

My rol was targeted towards graduate recruitment of chemical, mechanical engineers and economics graduates with finance specialisation, in Dutch and Belgian universities. I coach them through the recruitment process, bring them in contact with the right people within the company, and make sure that their ExxonMobil experience is positive. Good long term relationship building is one of the key important values in my position, as is customer service

As a dedicated customer professional, I was responsible for the customer experience of ExxonMobil, as a supplier, and as a company. I was the single point of contact for a certain basis of customers, and their queries about orders, delivery, invoices, credit notes etc.
