• Assessing and mapping existing ways of working within the Asian/Oceania/African region • Facilitating discussions with key stakeholders in order to collect relevant information • Defining, creating and deploying new standardized processes across regions EMENA/AOA to support to the harmonization • Leading change management aligned with the business’ strategy across the zones

• Establishing strong relationship with the Procurement teams of all direct materials (planning, tools, analysis, advices) • Producing procurement dynamics Forecasts & monthly reporting (Ingredients/Packaging) • Collecting & reviewing and interpreting change in commodities’ prices shared by the Regional center of competence • Reporting transfer prices & dynamic forecasts to different businesses

• Successfully setting up new management tools and procedures • Monitoring and controlling investment projects budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) • Forecasting on a monthly basis the landing costs of each project to better track the contingency fund • Playing an active role in evaluating and planning investment projects by ensuring financial data reliability and integrity

• Monitoring, detecting irregularities and reconciling bank accounts • Ensuring the follow up of received checks and unpaid checks • Posting adjusting entries and investigating pending entries

• Reviewing global cash flows in subsidiaries bank accounts in multiple currencies through a reconciliation process • Estimating intra-group fees to be invoiced to subsidiaries & controlling retrocessions, guarantees and loans accounts • Computing and posting bank charges and ensuring other financial transactions

• Maintaining client’s book keeping, creating their trial balance and issuing all VAT returns • Producing financial statements as well as management reporting • Processing other financial analysis & administrative activities (HMRC)
