Implementation Global Finance & Controlling SAP Template (Commercial Vehicles and Cars), global strategy to improve the Financial Information Quality, Reporting, Process Standardization and Homologation of definitions, criteria and procedures based on IFRS, Policies, Compliance and Fiscal environment. In charge of a 50 people integrated by PMO and 6 Teams. Collaborating with Central Team (Germany) and Regional (USA). Reporting to Steering Committee (Germany / USA).

Management Financial Reporting, incl highlights/challenges reporting, actual, forecast and budget, key figures, and variances review; in accordance with IFRS, defining accounting procedures for the LE; managing the relationship and organization of internal and external (Big 4) Auditing, implementing correction measures; ensuring Internal Control; and preparation of reports to the stock market. In charge of 12 people; 1 Mgr and 1 Sup. Reporting to CFO, CAO and monthly to Regional FP&A Office Germany.

Management, control and coordination of Share Services AR, AP and Ins considering accounting treatment, policies and internal controls; optimizing the WC, Cash Flow analysis ensuring the sufficiency and availability of resources for the fulfillment of commitments in the short and long term. Cash & Debt Position. Coordination between different BU and departments in company to evaluate Risk Contracts (Risk Shared, Residual Value). In charge of 15 people; 2 Managers and 1 Supervisor. Reporting to CFO and CAO

Responsible for Accounting, Cash Flow, Treasury, AR, AP, Working Capital. Reporting & Analysis of Financial Statements, Indicators of Cash Performance and Efficiency of administrative processes. 8 Manufacturing Plants, 2 Development and Engineering Centers and Corporate Commercial Office. Monthly results review with FP&A Regional in Spain. In charge of 14 people. Reporting to CFO.
