- Representation of the company in legal proceedings, legal assessment of the business, and relevant adjustment of various IT products and their parts (incl. GDPR compliance) - Negotiation of the deals on behalf of the company with the advertising platforms (incl. Amazon (India, Mexico), TikTok) - Communication and working together with the IT, Advertising, and Accounting teams - Drafting the contracts, incl. contracts with the influencers and advertising platforms (using Signaturit,DocuSign, AxDraft)

• advising clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, the advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations • presentation and summarize cases to judges and juries • evaluating findings and developing strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases • representing clients in court or before government agencies • preparing and drafting legal documents, such as leases, contracts, legal briefs and opinions, and filing appeals

• analyzing materials of the case, materials of judicial practice necessary for the consideration of a specific court case • participation in preliminary preparation of court cases for consideration, o • control over receipt and adherence to the court case of the relevant materials • verification of the correctness and timeliness of execution of the minutes of the court session • coordination of the work of the secretary of the court session • preparation of certificates, newsletters, announcements

• searching for information on legal issues and preparing their translation into English • translation of documents from/into Ukrainian
