Responsible for development, support, training and implementation of KN Order Management System (Order Processing System, KN OPS) for Sea, Air and Road freight operators.

Handling all requests for enhancement and new products by writing Business Requirement Specifications (BRD) for application design and programming. Gathering customer and industry business requirements both internally and externally, conducting competitive analysis and driving cross-regional alignment. Product Owner of KN electronic Booking and Order Management tools.

Rates negotiation, quotation responses, crosstrades operations

Management and training of a team with 7 people, coordination of special accounts, implementation of standard operational procedures (SOP), monthly financial analysis (FSL, on ACON system), bids and quotation responses, profit share and invoicing issues, claim handling

Export operations, documentation, profit share statement and invoicing, development of a milk-run project.

Import LCL and FCL operations, coordination of special accounts operations, sales and customer support activities, monthly financial (FSL) analysis (AS400/ACON system)

Coordination of imports and exports, air and sea freight as well as observation of procedures of customs clearance and financial departments. Job rotation every three months, in order to acquire the practical overview of the theory learned at the Humboldt Schule.
