My Master thesis was about using Predictive Error Analytics and Evaluating the Metrics used for the Analysis in the Microsoft 365 Rollout. The purpose was to determine the use of Nexthink; an application meant to monitor the digital employee experience. I applied predictive analytics to data gathered from the application to predict the network performance of test calls on Microsoft Teams. This study resulted in a reliable system for determining features affecting the quality of Microsoft Teams calls.
