Working on energy modeling of the residential and commercial buildings mainly focused on total energy use and life-cycle costs of several energy-related (HVAC systems, Lighting Systems, Domestic Hot Water Systems, Fan and Pump Systems, Renewable Energy Systems) items by means of using parametric inputs in EnergyPlus software. Moreover, my research allows me to evaluate alternative renewable energy solutions that can substantially help residential and commercial buildings to reduce associated costs. In addition to that, performing ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G compliance Energy Modeling on several building types pursuing LEED/BREEAM certification as well as preliminary design for façade, glazing, building envelope, and HVAC system alternatives. Last but not least, participating in detailed energy efficiency audit (ASHRAE Level I-II-III) and reporting services, energy efficiency measures optimization and economic feasibility analysis services for several buildings.
