My focus is to deliver IT components throughout the project lifecycle, including: • defining the scope, planning, securing procurement and legal compliance, resource and budget, liaising with stakeholders, establishing service level agreements (SLA), coordinating offshore support, periodic reporting to the steering group and anticipating change and communication processes.

I contributed to IKEA’s global ONE-IKEA HR system and processes standardization through the implementation of ADP Globalview (SAP HCM platform) in Europe, Asia-Pacific and North-America in close collaboration with the global and country teams.

Helped to foster the successful roll-out of of internal ICT projects, liaise with key stakeholders and maintain relationships with ICT suppliers. Main task: performance supervision of various applications, such as SAP FICO, MM, SD and QM modules, HR application Raet Beaufort, Business Objects and web based applications.
