Remedy tool - trouble ticketing system: creation and assignation to the right team involved in problem solving, Monitoring, analyzing and reporting alarms in real time regarding the availability and quality of the mobile network according to the customer agreement Service Level Agreement (SLA) time and Key Point Indicators (KPI), Analyzing alarms regarding the quality of the mobile network in Service Quality Manager (SQM), Communicating with field and remote engineers to solve service affecting problem;

Preparing and Issuing the BOM for Production Lots, Pilot Production, Transformation , Samples and Spare Parts; Follow up of the production schedule (lot validation and closing of the lots finished in Production); Request of new codes for new materials from Kato Achaia plant - Greece and define them in BAAN tool; Creation and updating of auxiliary material list; Collaborating with Production, Accounting, Purchasing and Warehouse regarding BOMs and auxiliary materials.
