Instructor for network technology. Trainer as part of the partnership between OI and the SENAI vocational school, preparing OI employees for the CEQUAL certification.

O&M (Operation and Maintenance) Specialist for Alcatel-Lucent DSLAMs. Specialist for the following Alcatel DSLAM models: 7300 UD, 7301 XD, 7350, 7302 XD, 7330 XD, 7302 FD, 7330 FD, REM 7356, RA, GPON. SPECIAL PROJECTS: Migration from ATM to ETH, establishment of QinQ/Stacking/PPoETag VLAN. Government project: Implementation of free internet access in all public schools. Optimization of hardware and software for nationwide internet acceleration.

Responsible for managing EWSD equipment and broadband network. Activation, configuration, implementation, as well as monitoring and maintenance of company-wide xDSL connections. Network support for NewBridge 5620 and xDSL Network Management Systems. Analysis of network issues and identification of failure causes. Development of solutions in collaboration with hardware vendors to stabilize internet performance and eliminate recurring errors.
